The results of Council’s inaugural Annual Community Sentiment Survey are now available.
Conducted in August, the survey asked residents to share their views on Council’s performance, communication, transparency, and service quality. We received over 1,300 responses, giving us a valuable snapshot of community sentiment and a solid baseline for future improvement.
The results show that while many residents appreciate our natural environment and community spirit, there’s still work to do in areas like communication, trust, and service delivery, particularly around infrastructure.
This honest feedback is invaluable and will guide how we prioritise improvements across the organisation.
