We're creating a new Communications and Engagement Strategy and need your help.

  • What is communication?

    Communication is how we share important information with you through channels like newsletters, websites, and radio. It helps keep you informed about local projects, updates, and important developments in your community.

  • What is engagement?

    Engagement is how we listen to your thoughts, ideas, and feedback on the things that matter to you. It's a two-way conversation where we work together to make our community a better place.

  • How are they both connected?

    Communication delivers the message, while engagement is the conversation that happens around it. One strengthens the other -clear communication drives engagement, and engagement improves communication.
