Colour Me Kind - Colouring in for Kids & Mandalas for Mental Health Month

Last month, our community came together to spread positivity and kindness through the "Colour Me Kind" campaign. This initiative provided a simple yet powerful way to leave a little kindness behind and refill your own kindness cup.

This activity was all about letting go and being in the moment through the art of colouring in. This simple act has been shown to significantly increase mindfulness and reduce anxiety in our little people and adults, too.
