Drainage Asset Community Satisfaction Survey 2024/25

As part of our Stormwater Asset Management Plan improvements, Council recently undertook a Drainage Asset Community Satisfaction Survey.

The purpose of the survey was to understand community expectations and any dissatisfaction with current drainage services – including new areas, infrastructure quality, creek management, and water quality – to guide future improvements.

This builds upon the Stormwater/Drainage Asset Management Plan adopted last financial year.

Despite our community consistently rating adequate drainage as highly important in our surveys since 2019, satisfaction with this key service has consistently been low.

As part of the plan to improve our management of stormwater asset's, we invited the community to provide feedback and complete the survey. You can read the Engagement Report Summary below for further information about the results of this survey.
