Background:

The objective of the Planning Proposal is to:

• Reinstate protection of the Berrima Heritage Conservation Area from dual occupancy subdivision and;
• To expand that protection to exclude any land in Berrima from current dual occupancy subdivision provisions under Clause 4.2F.
