50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale - Planning Proposal to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 to amend the Zoning and Minimum Lot Size - FINALISED

On 10 Jun 2020, Council resolved to proceed with the Planning proposal as described above and submit the same to the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment (NSWDPIE) for a Gateway Determination to rezone 50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale, currently zoned RU2 Rural Landscape, to E4 Environmental Living and apply a minimum lot size of 2 Hectares.

On 28 July 2020, the NSWDPIE issued a Gateway Determination to progress a Planning Proposal to amend Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan 2010 to amend the zoning and minimum lot size of 50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale.

The intent of the proposed change to WLEP 2010 is to enable the subject land to subdivide into a total of three (3) lots and be able to build a dwelling on each lot.

The Proposal is now exhibited in accordance with the Gateway requirements and submissions sought from the community.

EXHIBITION DATES: The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition for a period of 30 days from Wednesday 24 March to Friday 23 April 2021, inclusive.

MAKE A SUBMISSION: Written submissions to the Planning Proposal may be completed online by clicking on the Submission tab and selecting the "50A Bulwer Road, Moss Vale - Planning Proposal" submission form. Submissions may also be emailed to mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au(External link)(External link), posted to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141, Moss Vale NSW 2577, or hand delivered to the Customer Service Centre, Civic Centre, 68 Elizabeth Street, Moss Vale, during business hours.

Only written submissions can be considered and, although they may be viewed by a third party, they are redacted beforehand (i.e. all identifying features removed).

All submissions must be received by Council before 4.30pm on Friday 23 April 2021 and quote file reference 5901/74.

It is noted that Wingecarribee Shire Council is not authorised to exercise the functions of the Minister for Planning under s.3.36 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 with regard to this Planning Proposal.
