Background Information

In accordance with Sections 47 (1) and (2) of the Local Government Act 1993 and the Crown Land Management Act 2016, notice was recently given, that Council considered the issue of a five (5) year Lease over part Bundanoon Oval, being Lot 60 in Deposited Plan 909008, Erith Street, Bundanoon to “The Bundanoon Club Limited” for the purpose of operating The Bundanoon Club Limited.

All interested persons were hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to Wingecarribee Shire Council. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Only written submissions were considered and these were received by Council before Monday 23 June 2025. Please note that any submissions received may be included in the final report to Council.

Sometimes it takes some months to provide feedback to the community and to make a decision as further investigation is often needed. We are listening and we do take your suggestions on board!

Next Steps

Now that the public exhibition is completed, Council is currently considering all duly made submissions to decide whether to continue with the issue of the lease.
