Background:
The objective of the Planning Proposal is to enable Council to implement certain amendments to Wingecarribee Local Environmental Plan (WLEP) 2010 with regard to 1 Bowman Road, Moss Vale.
To achieve the intended outcomes of the Planning Proposal, the following amendments to the WLEP 2010 instrument will be required:
- Insert a new subclause within Schedule 1 of the WLEP 2010, and;
- Amend the WLEP 2010 Schedule 1 map to identify the subject land.
