In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Wingecarribee Shire Council proposes to close part of the Council Public Road Reserve known as Charlotte Street, Robertson as shown in aerial map.

Upon closure of the Council Public Road Reserve, the land will remain vested in Council as Operational Land pursuant to the Local Government Act, 1993.

All interested persons are hereby invited to make submissions concerning the proposal to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141 Moss Vale NSW 2577, within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this advertisement. Please note that under the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, such submissions may be referred to third parties for consideration.

Once the submission period is completed, Wingecarribee Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions (if any) before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.
