Proposed Road Closing Under Section 38B Roads Act 1993
BACKGROUND:
In pursuance of the provisions of the Roads Act 1993, notice is hereby given that Wingecarribee Shire Council proposes to close part of the Council Public Road Reserve known as Main Street, Robertson as shown in the above aerial map.
Upon closure of the Council Public Road Reserve, the land will remain vested in Council as Operational Land pursuant to the Local Government Act, 1993.

WHEN IS THE EXHIBITION PERIOD?
The Planning Proposal is on public exhibition for a period of 28 days. It will open from Wednesday 20 March 2024 and close on Friday 19 April 2024.
HOW CAN I MAKE A SUBMISSION?

- Emailed to mail@wsc.nsw.gov.au; or
- Hand delivered to Council's Civic Centre at the address provided above; or
- Posted to Wingecarribee Shire Council, PO Box 141, Moss Vale NSW 2577
Only written submissions can be considered and must be received by Council before 4.30pm on Friday 19 April 2024. Please quote file reference Main Street, Robertson when making your submission.
Once the exhibition period is completed, Wingecarribee Shire Council will consider all duly made submissions (if any) before deciding whether to continue with the road closure proposal.

If you make an anonymous submission, Council will be unable to contact you further. A summary of the points made in your submission will be contained in the Council meetings business paper and made public on Council’s website.
