Proposed Schedule of Hire Fees for Renwick Community Centre

On the 26 August 2020 Council endorsed public exhibition of the proposed Schedule of Hire Fees for Renwick Community Centre shown in the table below.

The Renwick Community Centre is anticipated to open for community use in the later part of 2020 or early 2021.

Landcom have designed and constructed the Renwick Community Centre. At the completion of construction, the ownership of the land and building will be transferred to Council for ongoing maintenance and management.

Council has devised a Schedule of Hire Fees that should encourage groups to utilise the hall and meeting rooms. Revenue generated will provide a funding source for facility management and the provision of consumables.

The proposed Schedule of Hire Fees is based on current Fees and Charges for similar facilities within the Shire - such as East Bowral Community Centre (EBCC ) and Canyonleigh Hall (CH).
