The Bowral South New Living Area (NLA) is one of the six new living areas strategically identified in our Local Housing Strategy, which was adopted in July 2021. It is now time to implement the strategy by preparing a Master Plan and Servicing Strategy for infrastructure, using the funding received from the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE). Join us at one of the broader community consultation sessions held on April 12th 2024 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm or April 13th 2024 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Loseby Park Community Centre (2A Park Road, Bowral 2576).
