The Bundanoon Village Place Plan is being developed through collaboration between community and Council to create a shared vision that guides achievable and positive change.

Place Plans address the environmental, economic, social and cultural needs while protecting and enhancing the unique character of a place.

The Bundanoon Village Place Plan is the second Place Plan (after Robertson Village Place Plan) to be developed as a part of the Village Place Plan Program, supporting Council’s transition to a better place-based planning framework.

This Plan is all about making Bundanoon a better place for everyone who lives and works here. We want to create a vibrant community where people feel connected and enjoy spending time. Most importantly, we want to hear your ideas and have you involved in shaping the future of Bundanoon.

During Round 1, the Place Check - Your Village, Your Voice, we listened to what matters most to you about your village, and now we’ve used your ideas to help shape a draft vision and identify emerging place initiatives.

Now it’s time to check back in for Round 2, Your Voice in Action, to find out if we’re on the right track. Use the Ideas Pack to explore what’s taking shape and share your feedback via the Online Survey below or at one of the drop-in sessions to speak to Council staff. Council will use this information to formulate the draft Place Plan that will go on Public Exhibition for Round 3 community and stakeholder engagement in 2026.
