Background
The Village Place Plan Program 2024 - 2025 supports Council's transition to a better place-based planning framework and responds to key priority actions identified in the Wingecarribee Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) and Local Housing Strategy (LHS). The Place Plans are intended to adopt a planning approach that encourages modest and positive change while protecting and enhancing the character of our towns and villages.
