Community screening of 'A Fire Inside' at Empire Cinema

26 October 2021

Council has organised a free community screening of ‘A Fire Inside’ on Wednesday 3 November at 6.30pm At Empire Cinema, Bowral. Tickets only available through Council.

The film presents an inspirational look at the way people respond to a crisis and its true cost to the human spirit. Directors Justin Krook and Luke Mazzaferro interview volunteers, farmers, publicans and pensioners, uncovering stories of devastating heartbreak but also of astonishing resilience. The Southern Highlands and the selfless actions of our community are featured in this moving film.

Our community need to make their own individual decision when considering viewing this film as the Wingecarribee and our residents are heavily featured. By holding this event we are insuring that community’s decision is an informed one.
