Wingecarribee Shire Council is pleased to announce the official opening of a new public toilet at M.F. Vickers Memorial Park, Yerrinbool, delivering a much-needed facility for park users, families, and visitors.

This project reflects the direct input of the Yerrinbool community, who helped determine both the location and design of the facility. Following extensive consultation, M.F. Vickers Memorial Park was chosen as the preferred site due to its proximity to key amenities, safety considerations, and accessibility.

The newly completed facility includes:

• An accessible cubicle to support users with mobility needs.

• An ambulant cubicle for increased inclusivity.

• A strategically positioned site near Yerrinbool Railway Station and Sunrise Playground, enhancing convenience and safety for park users.

Council thanks the Yerrinbool community for their valuable feedback in shaping this project. By working together, we have delivered a practical and inclusive facility that improves the overall park experience for all.
