Fun and Safe Play for All Ages

Wingecarribee Shire Council knows how vital playgrounds are for healthy child development. That's why we have created a Playspace Strategy, a roadmap to make sure all of 48 play areas in the Shire are well-maintained and up-to-date. This strategy sets standards for different playground types, guides maintenance and investment, and even helps plan for future play spaces.

Since the Playspace Strategy launched, several playgrounds have been upgraded and reopened, including:

• Ritchie Park
• Berrima Market Place Park
• Seymour Park
• Cook Street Park
• Church Road
• Bong Bong Common

These improvements mean more fun and safe places for children to play in the Wingecarribee Shire.
